Westering: To move or shift westward. This bottling showcases the westernmost slopes within the Mendocino Ridge AVA. In 2023 we chose blocks entirely from our estate's Dijon blocks for this cuvée. The Westering showcases the coastal forest character, savory red fruits and wild floral notes we achieve on these coastal slopes. On the nose, wild raspberry and savory forest understory. On the palate: raspberries, french plum and exotic spices with a sustained savory finish. A beautiful vintage to stock up on!
