By purchasing our products, the Customer represents that he/she has read, understands, and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth on this website, and that he/she is at least twenty one (21) years old and has the legal ability to engage in a contract in the State of California. Due to the limited availability of the wines, membership in the Far Coast Club is also limited. Once enrollment has closed, a waiting list will be maintained for those wishing to join. There is no membership fee; simply the cost of each shipment plus applicable sales tax and shipping cost. You may cancel your membership after the first shipment, but must provide 30 days notice. We'll notify you via email prior to each shipment to ensure that we have your most current shipping address and that an adult will be available to sign for the delivery. If a shipment is returned to Drew for any reason other than the fault of the common carrier, shipping charges will be applied to the re-shipment. Each shipment will be charged to your credit card prior to shipment. At the current time, we can only ship wine to AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD,ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NM, NY, OH, OR, RI, SC, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY due to state licensing regulations.
