2015 Morning Dew Anderson Valley Pinot Noir from Drew Family Cellars

2015 Morning Dew Ranch Pinot Noir

This is our seventh and, sadly, our last vintage from the Morning Dew Ranch due to a change in ownership. This classic Anderson Valley bottling delivers a finely tuned, seamless wine with notes of pomegranate, trumpet mushrooms, sage and dried rose petals with distinct quartz mineral leanings. Another beautiful vintage from this deep end Anderson Valley site.   Alc 13.2%

Drew Family Cellars 2015 Fog-Eater Pinot Noir

2015 Fog-Eater Pinot Noir

This lovely Pinot Noir offers up distinctive character from its northern coastal valley. We have combined the Valenti Ranch, Balo, Fashauer and a bit of Joshua's vineyard for this blend. It shows a brightness and tension from a relatively cool vintage but also great concentration due to lower than average yields due to cold and foggy set conditions.   Alc 13.6%

2015 Joshua's Vineyard Pinot Noir

This is a new and very limited addition to our single vineyard lineup from the very deep end of Anderson Valley. This one acre vineyard, planted on its own roots during the early 1970's to a mystery clone of Pinot Noir, is one of the oldest Pinot Noir vineyards in the valley. The vines' maturity coupled with this deep end locale have produced a complex and elegant wine.   Alc 13.5%

Drew Family Cellars 2014 Morning Dew Pinot Noir

2014 Morning Dew Ranch Pinot Noir

Our sixth release of this esteemed site located in the "deep end" of Anderson Valley. We source two blocks planted to the Rochioli selection and the 828, an alleged La Tache selection. Drew Family Cellars 2014 Balo Vineyard Pinot Noir

2014 Balo Vineyard Pinot Noir

This is a formidable addition to our vineyard line up. Balo Vineyard is a low vigor site, farmed with meticulous and organic farming practices, comprised of a combination of Perrygulch loam and Boontling loam soils. It sits on a river bench, and so contains a considerable amount of river rock from the days of the creek's formation. Alc 13.5%

Drew Family Cellars 2014 Valenti Ranch Pinot Noir

2014 Valenti Ranch Pinot Noir

Six miles from the Pacific at 1,200-1,350 feet on an east-facing ridge, the Valenti Ranch experiences near-constant maritime winds. Coupled with thin marginal soils, it lends itself to smaller berry size and naturally lower yields, resulting in greater intensity at lower sugar levels and firm acid structure.   Alc 13.2%

2014 Fog-Eater Pinot Noir

This Anderson Valley focused wine combines the Balo Vineyard and the Filigreen Vineyard, both located on benches, one along the Navarro River and the other along the Indian Creek in Philo.
