This is our seventh vintage from the Morning Dew Ranch. The 2015 vintage produced a very small crop; yields were down by 70% for a mere .50 tons per acre. This tiny crop translates to increased intensity and structure for a classic wine with great cellaring potential. We source both a Rochioli and a 828 La Tache selection from two separate blocks on this hillside, deep end vineyard. This classic Anderson Valley bottling delivers an elegant, finely tuned, seamless wine with notes of pomegranate, trumpet mushrooms, sage and dried rose petals with distinct quartz mineral leanings. Using 50% whole clusters and fermented with native yeasts, Jason crafted another beautiful vintage from this deep end Anderson Valley site. Do not miss the opportunity to acquire this classic deep end Pinot Noir for your cellar. Fermentation: Native Yeast, $60 / 13.2% Alc. SOLD OUT Join the Mailing List |
